So, this year, I took a class called "Playing With Paint".  I had a great time in the class, and learned how to use all sorts of thing to make art.  I learned that I don't have to be able to draw, or even to have an idea of what I'm doing to create something really cool.

I've found that the best way to show my art on a computer screen is to scan it.  Photos just don't work as well.  Unfortunately, most of my favorite stuff is either WAY too huge for the scanner, or it's off being framed right now.  That means, the best stuff won't likely ever be seen here, since I can't scan it once it's framed.  *sigh*

I decided to just throw a picture up here of something I just did recently.  It's actually a birthday card.  This was done with acrylic paint, and was mostly finger painted.  I really don't like using brushes very often.  I prefer to finger paint, or to use other things... like towels or other objects.  Brushes are just... boring!!!  =o)
